Save Big $ on Your Airfare from the U.S. to Brazil

This week, I was able to save a family of four over $1,800 on their trip to Recife and Rio over the New Year's holiday.

Their price for the exact same itinerary on Expedia:
$2,575.70 x4 = Total $10,302.80
The price they received by booking with my company:
$2,108.70 x4 = Total $8,434.80

TOTAL SAVINGS: $1,868

In a way, the Internet booking engines are like $10 online stock trades. Trying to save by doing it yourself could end up costing you a lot of money.

Save $ on Your Flight to Brazil

The next time you visit Brazil, you may be able to save money on your airfare by simply booking your flights through my company.

In many cases, for flights from the U.S., you'll be able to save money off the published fares you’ll find on the Internet.

Here are a few sample itineraries:

Seattle (SEA) to Recife (REC) to Rio de Janeiro (GIG) to Seattle (SEA)
Economy class
Depart: Dec. 29 Rec to Rio: Jan 9 Return: Jan 15
Expedia price: $1,744.70
Our price: $1,672
Your savings: $72.70 per person

Miami (MIA) to Rio de Janeiro (GIG)
First class
Depart: January 18 Return: Jan. 29
Expedia price: $2,818 (1 stop)
Our price: $2,357 (1 stop)
Your savings: $461 per person

New York (JFK) to Rio de Janeiro (GIG)
Economy class
Depart: February 11 Return: Feb. 19
Expedia price: $807
Our price: $688
Your savings $119 per person

(I'll try to keep these examples updated regularly, but airline fares and availability change rapidly)

Typically, for economy class, your savings can run from US$37 to $467 and up. If you fly first or business class, your savings may be even more substantial.

How It Works

I work for a fully-bonded travel agency with over 30 years in business. That gives me access to the databases of specialists that purchase blocks of tickets to Brazil directly from the airlines. Participating airlines include American, Delta, Continental, United, U.S. Airways, TAM and others.

By accessing these unpublished fares, you'll be able to purchase seats below the published fares you'll see on Expedia and the other Internet booking engines.

Since they buy blocks of airline inventory, these consolidators also have the ability to "force a fare" by negotiating directly with their airline sources.

And in my father's 35 years in the aviation industry, he showed me a few tricks they use in SABRE's labyrinth of booking codes and procedures.

If it’s not Boeing, I’m not going! The new, fuel-efficient Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental. Average list price: US$ 5.5 Billion

With all of these resources at your disposal, you have nothing to lose by checking with me prior to purchasing your next airfare to Brazil. But you may have a great deal to gain.

In many cases, you’ll still fly on the same flight you found on the Internet. You’ll simply pay less for your seat.

To begin saving, simply fill in your flight information below. Boa viagem!
